Your stories of having premature babies
Premature birth is a common and serious health problem that affects families up and down the UK. Over the past year, families have been kind enough to share their stories with us to help raise awareness of premature birth.

Little Owen was born 101 days before his due date on 28/06/08, after what had been a normal pregnancy. He spent 10 days fighting for his tiny life in Singleton`s NICU, but his tiny body could not cope any more.
He left a massive impression on both of us and we will never forget him. There was never an explanation given as to why Owen came early, or what eventually lead to him losing his fight for life, which is why we are supporting the STAND UP campaign. Hopefully through our support and the work of the campaign there will one day be answers to the question of why our little ones come early.
